Invitation Letter
Please keep in mind that this letter does NOT involve any commitments by the APASL2016 organizers to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs connected to the participation in the APASL2016 conference.
Passport
Any foreign visitor who wishes to enter Japan must have a passport, which will remain be valid during the period of stay.
Visa Application
Citizens of some countries need to have a visa to enter Japan, while some nationalities are exempt. Please check with the Japan embassy at your local area or with your travel agent before you confirm your travel.
