- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the congress secretariat.
- Date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
- Registration Fees are included Tax.
- If you apply for Post Graduate Course, you are eligible to participate in following both Post Graduate Course program on February 20.

Post Graduate Course B "What's New in Japan?"
APASL Member:
Valid membership number is required (Membership fee for 2016 paid until December 31, 2015).

Trainee / Resident:
To be eligible for the trainee / residents are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. You may send necessary document to the APASL 2016 Congress Secretariat.
Presenting Author of Accepted Abstract:
Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. All abstract authors are required to make registration for the conference separately. Only the presenting authors can benefit from the discounted registration fee.
*Conference registration is obligatory for those who wish to attend the conference.
Registration Fees (APASL Member, Delegate, Trainee/Resident, Presenting Author of Accepted Abstract) include:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Entrance to exhibition area
- Congress bag and printed materials
- Coffee breaks to be served during the congress scientific program
- Welcome Reception on February 21, 2016
Post Graduate Course Fees include:
- Post Graduate Course attendance
- If you apply for Post Graduate Course, you are eligible to participate in following both Post Graduate Course program on February 20.
Post Graduate Course A "What's New in the World?"
Post Graduate Course B "What's New in Japan?" - Coffee breaks to be served on February 20, 2016
Accompanying Person Fee include:
- Entrance to exhibition area
- Welcome Reception on February 21, 2016

Cancellation Policy:
- Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the APASL 2016 Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellations received on or after November 30 (Monday) , 2015 – no refund will be given.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of APASL 2016, and the bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
