Invitation for application of APASL Awards

The deadline is 7th of December 2020!!

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to announce you regarding APASL Awards.

The APASL Named and Rising Star Awards will be selected and presented during APASL 2021 Annual Meeting in Bangkok.

Named Awards “APASL Okuda-Omata Distinguished Award”
“APASL Powell-Sarin Achievement Award”
“APASL Lesmana-Sollano Great Mentor Award”

APASL will offer USD 5,000 for each.

<Selection Criteria for Named Awards>
High original scientific research and achievements in a given area of liver diseases
Continuous contribution to APASL activities and leadership role in academics and science in the field of Hepatology
Persons with at least ten papers in Hepatology International, including five papers with his/her name as the first or as the correspondence author will be considered

Rising Star Award (Five Presenters)

APASL will offer USD 2,000 for each.

<Selection Criteria for Rising Star Award>
Active scientific research in the field of Hepatology in process
Willingness to contribute APASL activities
Continuous attendance to APASL activities
Age younger than 40 years
Persons with at least five papers in Hepatology International , including three papers with his/her name as the first or as the correspondence author will be considered
